Who would have thought to roast radishes? I like radishes in salads. They’re not my favorite, but I will generally eat them for their nutritional value.
Roasted radishes are a whole other thing! They are so insanely delicious. They’re super easy to make, and I can buy them without packaging. #zerowaste
All I do is toss them with some olive oil, salt and pepper and throw them in the oven at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes, flipping them about half way through. Once they’re out of the oven, I drizzle with some fresh lemon juice and we’re in business.
Sometimes, I eat them just like that for a super healthy / savory snack or I also throw them in gorgeous salad to make it a meal. Enjoy!
